If tomorrow you woke up and things were exactly the way you wanted them to be, what would be different?

About Mandy Morris

What made you successful—your drive, your responsibility, your ability to stay “on”—may also be what’s keeping you stuck.
Not stuck in failure.
Stuck in pressure.

You don’t need more motivation. You don’t need to try harder. And you don’t need another productivity strategy.

You need to get unstuck from the internal patterns that never learned how to turn off.

I’m Mandy Morris.

I work with high achievers and high performers who have built impressive lives—and are quietly tired of carrying constant internal pressure.

From the outside, things work.
On the inside, your system rarely fully shuts down.

My Background (Why I Do This Work)

I’ve spent over a decade in the world of psychology, performance, and human behavior.

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling, am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and a Certified EMDR Clinician and Consultant. Over the years, I’ve worked with thousands of people in high-stakes, high-pressure environments—leaders, executives, entrepreneurs, athletes, and creatives.

Along the way, I noticed a consistent pattern:

The people who perform at the highest levels aren’t struggling because they lack discipline, intelligence, or ambition.
They’re struggling because their nervous systems never learned how to power down.

I didn’t set out to work with “high achievers” as a niche.
They found me because the work went deeper than surface-level change and actually addressed what was driving the pressure underneath.

That work eventually took me beyond traditional one-on-one settings and onto international stages, including delivering an international TEDx talk on “The Hidden Force Stealing Your Happiness”

My Approach

This work isn’t about mindset or motivation.

High performers already know how to push, execute, and deliver. What they often don’t know is how to slow their internal world down without feeling like they’re losing momentum or falling behind.

My approach focuses on the nervous system and subconscious patterns that drive pressure, over-responsibility, and constant internal demand.

Many high achievers learned early that staying alert, capable, and productive was rewarded. That wiring worked, until it didn’t.

Over time, it shows up as:

  • Always thinking about what’s next

  • Difficulty resting without guilt

  • A sense of pressure even during wins

  • Feeling “on” all the time

The foundation of my work is psychology, neuroscience, and EMDR-based principles, but the experience itself is forward-focused and practical. We identify what’s running automatically and help your system update so success feels sustainable instead of exhausting.

This isn’t about becoming less driven. It’s about becoming internally steady, clear, and intentional—so your performance is fueled by alignment, not pressure.

Beyond One-on-One Work

This philosophy also led me to co-found soFree, a neuroscience-driven wellness app designed to help people reset their nervous system in under 2 minutes using patent-pending technology.

Who This Is For

This work is for high achievers, leaders, founders, and high performers who are ready to stop white-knuckling their success and start operating from a grounded, internally aligned place.

“Mandy Morris is amazing! Her skill set combined with a passion for others creates organic and effective therapeutic strategies. We are looking forward to her continuing future consultation with our parent and youth community members!"

“As a musician, I met Mandy on a short flight. We discussed offering services to other independent musicians and we hit the ground running. Mandy set up courses for creatives to deal with mental health issues which was a crucial service at the start of the pandemic this year. I brought her on to music panels where her expertise was so needed for individuals who did not have access to mental health care. Mandy treated everyone with compassion and went above and beyond to address their needs and concerns. She also gave everyone tools to be able to use in their daily lives so that they could make strides with their mental health journey. I can honestly say that Mandy affected the lives of so many people in an unprecedented time in our lives and for that, we are all grateful.”

“My therapy work is a healing continuum. It has been realigning me back to my intuition, creativity, positive self-affirmation, and growing in self-confidence. Mandy’s counsel has helped me to release toxic people, associations, and experiences that no longer serve me."

“I have tried many modalities of therapy and counseling, including trauma therapy. I have never experienced such healing work as I did with Mandy and EMDR therapy. It has completely changed my life forever and was completely miraculous.”

“Mandy saw me within minutes. During the first session we ever had, she asked me a question within the first 10 minutes and hit on the roadblock that’s been keeping me stuck for over 2 decades. I didn’t even see it … and she nailed it right off the bat. It struck a nerve, but she stayed with me the entire time with compassion, empathy, and connection. Mandy is an absolute rockstar. Before she and I had never heard of EMDR. I didn’t know what to expect. After nearly 8 sessions it has been a game-changer for me. I see myself and the world so differently. A lot of my deepest struggles have been rewired and I’m much more prone to action vs. self-destruction. Mandy is a lifesaver. Her passion and compassion for her clients are unmatched.”

“Compassionate. Caring. Outstanding. These are the first three words that come to mind about Mandy. I reached out to Mandy initially because I was interested in EMDR to help with the PTSD I deal with after a combined total of 33 years in military and law enforcement service. Not only have the EMDR sessions been extremely beneficial, but just talking with her has been just as beneficial to me."

“Mandy Morris’s professional background is an impressive list with equally impressive tools and modalities for facilitating human healing. Her approach to treatment is insightful, intuitive, peaceful, penetrating, and pervasive. “

"Choosing to work with Mandy has been definitely one of the best decisions in my adult life. Being an unreasonably self-reliant person and growing up deeply in a culture of toxic masculinity where the concept of therapy was reserved for the weak who couldn't deal with their things I had no idea the value of having an unbiased ear to talk to and discuss deep problems. She helped me work through issues that have been tying my brain up like a knot since I was 10 years old and let me let go of so much pent-up anger. Her ability to drill down into the root of just about anything is nothing short of special and spectacular. It's hard to put into words the profound impact that she has had on my overall mental health and wellbeing. She is truly gifted and her level of understanding and empathy are unmatched. I actively recommend her to anybody who will listen!"

“Mandy Morris is a great resource to utilize for virtual group therapy sessions. During the pandemic, Mandy organized several sessions on mental and emotional wellness which was well received by the audience. Mandy was able to create a “safe place” to allow people to open up and communicate in public about their personal emotional and mental challenges."
